How can I overcome insomnia due to taking Adderall? - ativan and lunesta
I recently began to Adderall, 20 mg, however, proved to be ineffective, so my doctor increased my dosage to the point where I am now 60 mg / day. It is very good from the point where now I feel I can finally concentrate and as a normal adult function. Since, however, now suffers from insomnia.

Adderall Take first thing in the morning and cut all the Caffine and alcohol (slowly, if necessary).
I would be the advice of some of the other take on the list for insomnia. Look it up and they fight singly, if you know that you are chemicals that are before bedtime.
